Some merchants have reported deliverability issues with Shopify. Our dev team is actively working on identifying and resolving this issue.

Has there been resolution to this? None of the digital orders we receive are being delivered. I have been able to get around it by sending PDF files as an email attachment but would of course prefer our customers to have the full benefit of ordering electronically.
