A customer contacted me (morning, Oct 20, 2014) to say they did not receive the download for their order. I sent the order manually. Please verify that all orders are syncing properly. This is the first problem I have encountered with order fulfillment. Thanks.
I am having the same issue. I am testing out my own shopping cart and and while it does email the code, it does not stop from sending them that something will be mailed to them. This I'd like to deactivate, and don't know how.
