Over the past few months, we encountered some system issues that led to many of our merchants receiving free months for FetchApp.
This month, we issued two consecutive invoices to those who were receiving free service: one for May, one for June. We only issued an additional invoice to merchants who had not been billed since we encountered the problem, if you've been getting billed as usual, you should not have been affected. Moving forward, these accounts will be billed normally, once per month.
We apologize for any confusion the catch-up invoice may have caused. If you received additional free months (before May), we will not charge you for these.
As a reminder, you can always reference your account invoice history under "settings" >> "account" in your FetchApp admin.
