Issue with bigcommerce not fetching new order


Fetchapp is not getting new order from Bigcommerce. we have to manually processes the order. please check and fix the issue asap

I'm having the same issue. I'm chatting with BigCommerce to see if they can help.

We're currently working to resolve a system-wide issue with BigCommerce. Sorry for the inconvenience. 

Our developers just deployed a fix for the problem, you should be able to pull in all outstanding orders now. Please let me know if you need any assistance during the process.
