I emailed re. this a few hours ago, and haven't received a reply. Good to know you're aware of the issue, but is it too much to ask for a status page, or at least to update your Twitter account, as this forum is not particularly active? It's not the first time this has happened.
Our apologies for the long response time for individual tickets. I'll make sure this gets pushed to social media in the future.
A fix has been applied and the servers are currently distributing backed up orders.
