WooCommerce Issues

Several of our WooCommerce users have reported experiencing a few issues since WC Version 3.3.3

These include the following issues:

  1. Products become unlinked to FetchApp once they are purchased.
  2. Expiration dates are not present on orders.

We are also working on the following feature requests:

  1. Better order status integration so orders do not send when payment fails.
  2. Integration with product variations, so FetchApp integrate at the the SKU, not product level.

We are handling the issues, then the feature requests, in the order stated above.

Our development team is currently testing and rolling out these changes, and we will update this post as we make progress.

If you sell with FetchApp, please try to refrain from updating to 3.3.3 until these have been resolved.

Thank you!

Update on these issues:

We've released a new version of the FetchApp plugin that resolves a few of these issues. We are going to make additional releases as we test and roll out features and bugfixes. You may download the most up-to-date release here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/fetchapp-for-woocommerce/.

The following is the status of issues and feature requests we've identified.

Next Up:

  1. Better order status integration so orders do not send when payment fails. – Some additional merchants have reported this issue so we're escalating it to the top of our list.

Down the line:

  1. Integration with product variations, so FetchApp integrate at the the SKU, not product level.

Addressed/Fixed:

  1. Products become unlinked to FetchApp once they are purchased – This has been isolated to a single shop, and shouldn't be affecting merchants globally.
  2. Expiration dates are not present on orders – This has been resolved with the most recent update.
