The short answer is no, but for good cause! FetchApp is an SAAS (Software as a Service). This means that we host all of the application code, files, and databases on our specialized servers. This makes it easy for us to apply across-the-board upgrades and improvements without you needing to purchase or download a new version of FetchApp.
This also ensures near-global compatibility and more efficient support.
