Why are my emails showing up as spam?

We do our best to ensure that your emails get delivered, however depending on your shopper's email settings, the emails may end up in spam. Here are a few steps you can take to help:

(1) Change your email text to be unique. We send thousands of emails a day, most of which are the "default" text we provide.

(2) In the order notification email from your cart, add a note saying something like "Your download email will come from notifications@fetchapp.com. Please add this to your address book / safe senders list to ensure it doesn't get flagged as spam."

These steps should help ensure maximum deliverability.
